This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Nuddge mobile application (“Nuddge” or “the App”).

By using Nuddge, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate Nuddge and deliver your daily micro-actions and subscription features.

2.1. Information You Provide

  • Email address — required for sign-in and account management.
  • User preferences — such as mood selection, enabled/disabled micro-actions, and chosen categories.

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (model, operating system) — for performance and error diagnosis.
  • App usage data — anonymous interactions used to improve app performance.

2.3. Payment Information

We do not process or store your credit/debit card details.

Payments and subscriptions are handled securely through:

  • Apple App Store (for iOS users)
  • Google Play Store (for Android users)

These platforms provide us with confirmation of your subscription status only (e.g., active, cancelled, billing date).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide personalised daily micro-actions
  • Maintain your subscription access
  • Improve app performance and stability
  • Communicate updates or issues related to the App

We do not:

  • Sell your data

4. Third-Party Services

Nuddge uses trusted third-party processors to run the app:

4.1. Supabase (Authentication & Data Storage)

We use Supabase to:

  • Authenticate your login
  • Store your user preferences securely

Supabase acts as our data processor.

4.2. RevenueCat (Subscriptions & Entitlements)

RevenueCat manages:

  • Subscription status
  • Entitlement checks
  • Free trials and renewals

RevenueCat does not store any payment card information.

4.3. Apple & Google (Payments)

Apple and Google process subscription payments. We only receive confirmation of subscription status.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account or request deletion, your data is removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. You may request deletion by contacting admin@nuddge.app.

6. Data Protection & Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption and industry-standard security practices. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

Nuddge is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
